Salon Policy


Cancellation Policy
We have a 48 hour cancellation period at Lucy Jorge. We kindly ask you to make us aware of any appointment changes or cancellations at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time in order for us to try to re-sell the time booked. Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time, will be charged a 25% fee of the appointment cost for loss of time for our staff. Any missed appointments will incur a 100% charge of appointment cost.

Child Safety
Children are welcome under supervision of an adult. We cannot offer colour services to children under the age of 16.


Any offers or discounts can not be used in conjunction with any offers. All offers and discounts are subject to availability.


Lucy Jorge Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers must be redeemed without exception within 6 months after the date of issue. The expiry date will be marked clearly on the voucher. The vouchers may be used against hair services or any retail products. No change will be given or refund/credit issued if the full value is not used.


We welcome quiet and well behaved dogs on leads in the downstairs salon area.

Client Satisfaction
Client satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know at the time or contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we will do our best to rectify.


Salon Services

We strive to provide 5-star service to all our clients. If you should have any challenges with a service that was performed at Lucy Jorge we ask that you contact us within 7 days so we can assess what challenges need to be addressed. Please review our Service Promise below to address any initial questions you may have:

  • We reserve the right to request a full payment for any services in advance from any client.

  • All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

  • We stand behind our services, we will correct any challenges we have created with within 7 days of it being brought to our attention.

  • Please keep in mind, using box colour or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

Colour Corrections

All services that have been completed are subject to a determination of correction. We will handle each correction on a client by client basis. If the client decides to request a different stylist than who performed the first service, additional fees may apply.


Right to Refuse Service

Lucy Jorge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour towards any member of our staff.
